Terms of use
Naijapolis is free to play. The money in the game is play money. Be fair to other players, do not post anything harmful, and do not cheat the servers. Sponsors pay in naira and can end a campaign early for a refund of the unused part.
1. Using Naijapolis
By playing at naijapolis.com you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you are not old enough to agree to terms where you live, ask a parent or guardian first. You do not need an account to play.
2. Play money
Funds, treasury money, rewards from invites and anything else earned in the game are play money. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or cashed out, and may be changed or reset when we fix a bug or rebalance the game.
3. Your city and what you share
What you build is yours. When you share a city or a place, you let us show it to other players, list it, and let them visit it and put sponsor boards in front of it. You can stop sharing and delete it at any time.
Do not share names, pictures or layouts that are unlawful, hateful, sexual, threatening, or that copy someone else's work or private information. Use the Report button when you see something wrong. We may hide or remove a shared city or place, and may remove rewards earned by breaking these rules.
4. Fair play
- Do not use scripts, bots or a changed game to get rewards, rank or money you have not earned.
- Do not create many identities to farm invite rewards or leaderboards.
- Do not try to overload, probe or break into our servers or other players' devices.
We may reset scores and rewards, limit features, or block access when someone does these things.
5. Sponsored content
Sponsor boards and venue sponsors are clearly labelled and every sponsor picture is reviewed by a person before it is shown. Ads for gambling, tobacco, adult content and get-rich-quick offers are not allowed. A sponsor is responsible for its own products and claims. Please report any ad you think breaks these rules.
6. Sponsors and partners
- Prices are in Nigerian naira. You can pay online through Paystack or by bank transfer, and a transfer booking starts once we confirm the money has arrived.
- Your content must follow our ad rules and is reviewed before it runs. We may reject or pause a campaign that does not.
- A flat weekly slot is reserved in full when the campaign starts and is earned day by day. If you end a campaign early, the unused days are returned. Time we pause is added back.
- You are responsible for the pictures, words and links you give us, and must have the right to use them.
7. Availability and saved cities
We work to keep Naijapolis running and to back up what we hold, but the game is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error free. A city saved on your device depends on your browser: clearing site data or using a private window can remove it. Use the city code or cloud save to keep a copy. We may change or stop parts of the game.
8. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using a free game, such as lost play progress or lost play money, or for what other players or sponsors do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
9. Changes and the law that applies
We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top when we do. If you keep playing after a change, you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
